Song Uploader – Privacy Policy

Last updated: October 21, 2026

Song Uploader is a personal desktop tool used only by its owner to upload the owner's own videos to the owner's own YouTube channel and TikTok account. It is not offered to, or used by, anyone else.

What it accesses: When the owner signs in with their Google or TikTok account, the tool receives permission (through the platform's official OAuth sign-in) to upload videos, captions and thumbnails, set titles, descriptions and tags, and read basic profile information needed to post (such as the account name). It does not read, collect or access any other users' data, channels, comments or analytics.

What it stores: Sign-in tokens are stored only on the owner's own computer, so the owner does not have to sign in for every upload. Video files and their details stay on the owner's computer until uploaded. No data is sent to any server other than YouTube's and TikTok's own services, and nothing is sold, shared or used for advertising.

YouTube and Google: The tool uses YouTube API Services. By using it, you agree to be bound by the YouTube Terms of Service. Google's Privacy Policy applies to data handled by Google.

TikTok: The tool uses TikTok's official Content Posting API. TikTok's Privacy Policy applies to data handled by TikTok.

Deleting data: Song Uploader keeps no data on any server. The owner can delete the locally stored sign-in tokens at any time by deleting the token files on their computer. Uploaded videos can be deleted at any time in YouTube Studio or the TikTok app.

Revoking access: Google access can be removed at myaccount.google.com/permissions; TikTok access can be removed in the TikTok app under Settings and privacy → Security → Manage app permissions.
